Longer processing time in visa cases

Visas for Denmark, Faroe Islands, Greenland and Norway applied for in Morocco are processed by the Visa Hub at the Danish Consulate General in Dubai.

The Consulate General’s processing time in visa cases is currently about 45 days. Business applications are prioritized. They are so far meeting planned travel dates.

They are working hard to bring down the processing time for all applications and are fully aware of the inconvenience this may cause. Some applications may be submitted to the Danish Immigration Service (DIS). In those cases, processing time may be longer.

In order not to risk a refusal or denied entry into Schengen, we advise you to carefully consider if Denmark, Faroe Islands, Greenland or Norway is your main destination and/or main purpose.
