Moroccan citizens and foreigners holding a residence permit in the Kingdom of Morocco, and their families, will be able to enter Morocco from July 14, 2020 at midnight by air and sea

Moroccan citizens and foreigners with residency in the Kingdom, and their families will be allowed access to Morocco by air and sea, starting July 14, 2020 at midnight.

For this purpose the national Moroccan airlines will schedule flights from abroad to Morocco. Passengers will be required to present, before boarding, a PCR test of less than 48 hours (corona virus swab test), as well as a serological test (blood test for antibodies).

Ferry boats sailing to Morocco will be planned exclusively from the ports of Sète (in France) and Genoa (in Italy). Passengers on these ferries will be required to provide a PCR test of less than 48 hours and to comply with the recommended strict hygiene measures onboard. A PCR test could eventually be carried out during the trip, according to the same source.

Moroccans residing abroad as well as foreigners residing in Morocco will be able to leave the Morocco, at the end of their stay, by the same air and maritime means.

The borders of Morocco will not be opened for tourism and the health state of emergency will be upheld until further notice.
